Parent and community communication is very important to the success of our school program. We would like to keep you highly informed, involved, and a part of the education of your child. We realize this close communication cannot happen by any single method. Monthly newsletters, report cards, conferences and our school/district website are a few means by which we hope to meet this challenge. We will continue to use the automated calling system, Parent Link, to inform parents of events, emergencies, or important information. Since this system uses the phone numbers that we have on file, please make sure you keep these numbers current. Parent Link makes the calls in English and Spanish and sends the messages at 5 pm (unless there is an emergency). If you miss the call, the automated system will leave a message.
We would like our parents to keep us informed of any contact information changes that may take place. This information is crucial in times of emergency. If your contact information (address, phone, emergency contacts, etc.) should change during the year, it is important that you let the office know so we can keep the information current.
