Getting Involved

Parent Visitors

In order to help ensure a safe, secure environment at our school, all outside doors will be locked during the regular school day. All visitors should use the intercom system located at the front main doors of the school to gain entry into Centennial. 

Volunteers

Parent and community involvement is an important connection to a positive educational environment. We invite our Centennial families to volunteer and we have a variety of opportunities for our parents to do this. Please visit the office for an application and additional information on volunteering. When our parents are involved, all of our school community will benefit.  A cooperative effort between school and home has a positive impact on your child’s academic growth. Please contact the office for more information.

School Accountability Committee

Our School Accountability Committee meets several times throughout the year in the school library.  We are always looking for parents and community members who are willing to serve on this committee.  

Parent Engagement Meetings

Centennial will have several Parent Engagement Meetings this year. These meetings allow our school community to unite in learning and fellowship for the evening.

• Family Engagement Night: September 12, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
• 3rd - 5th Grade Music Concert: November 14, 2024 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
• K-2 Music Concert: February 13, 2025 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
• Family Engagement Night: March 13, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Parent Teacher Conferences

• October 8, 2024 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

• October 11, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• January 28, 2025 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

• February 3, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
