Welcome to Centennial Elementary School!

Back to school!
School started successfully on Monday August 16. Kindergarten begins August 19.

Students may have breakfast before school in the cafeteria. All of our Centennial students may have free breakfast. Breakfast starts at 8:00.

Centennial students must wear uniforms. All shirts must be tucked in this year. If an longer sleeve undershirt is worn under a short sleeve shirt, the colors of both shirts need to match. Our shirt colors are white, yellow or gray and must be plain with out decoration and have a collar. Check out the information in the front of the school or check with the office to learn what clothing students may wear.

We have two parking lots this year. Remember that it is still best to drop off and pick up your children along the outside fences of the school. Please, only park in the lot if you need to come inside the building.

Please be sure that your student is in school each day ready to work. We are busy learning as soon as the bell rings at 8:25 so don't be late!  We welcome parents to come and see what is going on in the classrooms. Be sure to check in at the office.

Remember the first bell rings at 8:25! Please help your students be on time. More than two tardies in a week will require the student to make up the learning time during recess.

Be aware that the procedures have changed for dropping off and picking up students before and after school.
Parents are not to come into the building or onto the playground to either drop or pick up students. If you must get your child early, you need to come to the office and check them out.
